Lived here for a year and the gates have always worked. However, it seems they leave the gates open between 5:00 and 7:00pm daily for rush hour so maybe that's what the other reveiwers are talking about.

The apartments are very nice for the price. It's been said before but I'll say it again; you get what you pay for. Self-cleaning ovens, ceiling fans, oversized tubs, and crown moulding are homey touches that I really enjoy. The pool area is pretty and the walking trail is great. Maintenance is wonderful; had ac troubles this summer and they always responded within 4 hours - amazing. Very nice guys on the maintenance team, customer service-wise, too.

It's a diverse community that has its share of military, young families just starting out, and retired folks. My area is generally quiet with nice working-class folk for neighbors, just like at any number of other Canton complexes.
