Ok....FYI probably every single person in that office has a college education. Do you? My guess is NO! You are just pissed off because you probably didn't pay rent or got evicted. Maybe your the person that flips burgers all day and are mad that you can't get a better job. You need to check yourself and the facts before you start saying things like that. If you are so brave to say what you wrote, why don't you be brave enough to say who you are? Seems pretty cowardly to me.

In my dealings with Cassie she has been very nice, on the ball, and when it comes to making the tenant (me) happy, she goes out of her way to do so. Thank you, Cassie, for your part in making River Ridge such a nice place to live.
