Current management is awful.

I am not trash nor am I living off the government. I pay my rent on time and do not have loud parties. I've lived here for 3 1/2 years at times hating it, other times loving it. I'm finding myself missing the old staff, since ---------left the office staff have gone down hill. She took care of things and there was never a problem. The current assistant manager might be nice in person but she does not take care of things nor does/will she return phone calls. Due to a clerical error on her part, which at first she owned up to now she acts like she doesn't know what I am talking about, she entered our rent as being late one month. Since then we have had nothing but problems in trying to clear up the late charges we keep getting notices for. We even received a warrant of eviction because of this and I guarantee that our rent history shows us as being late even though WE WERE NEVER LATE!
So every few weeks we receive a past due notice for late rent charges. Every few weeks I call the office and have to explain that we were never late in the first place. I've talked to the assistant manager and the manager and it is still not cleared up, this has been going on for nearly 4 months.
Apart from the crappy management the apartments themselves are decent enough for the price. They are about the cheapest in Canton at the moment and the layout in the 1 and 2 bedroom apartments are great (computer nook was built in the wrong place, they should have left that out.) We do have problems with speeders running us down in the parking lot, noisy upstairs neighbors and people who throw things off their balcony which ends up on our balcony (dirt, dead plants, trash, cig butts and even water so having a clean patio with furniture to sit on is useless in our apartment.)
One suggestion if you do have to move here: get everything in writing! Do not trust a single word management tells you, leasing agents for that matter also because it ALWAYS changes when it comes to you signing the lease. We hope to move out of here come this spring when our lease is up.

Are you kidding me? ---------was nice to you? What a snotty -----! Rather than shake your hand or greet you when you walk in the door she looked you up and down and would stare at you instead. I HATED living there and she made it hell when it came to her lack of responsibility with posting my rent check to the wrong apartment twice and than I never got a renewal price. I gave notice and they still tried to get me to stay. You're better off with ---------gone! WHAT A WASTE!

---------was nothing but kind and helpful during my leasing process. She really did make me feel comfortable and ensured everything was done in my apartment in a timely manner. When renewal time came up it was a breeze with some perqs offered to me for my renewal. Nothing but good things to say about ---------and I wish she had stayed.
