I've lived here for 3yrs & am gladly moving!! I have lived in a 2br 2ba the entire time i've been here & i'm up on the top floor. I'm at the front of the complex so don't really know about the back of the apts. or the playgrounds as I don't have small kids. I love the lay out of the apt. it is roomy & nice. The grounds could be nicer & cleaner, but part of the problem there is the residents. The office staff sucks. They don't return phone calls, don't respond to notes left. Leave stupid letters on your door; are rude most times when you have to go up there for an issue. The office has been a revolving door too; no one that worked there when I moved in 3 yrs ago still works here; so that speaks for itself. The trash compactor has been overflowed NUMEROUS times while i've been here; which is disgusting. The pool was closed until after Memorial Day; the work out center is closed with no notice or reason given more times than not. There is no incentive to stay for the loyal residents. It takes them forever to get in touch with you about renewing and then when they do they bug you til you turn in your paperwork when it was them who dropped the ball to begin with. As previously posted they have made mistakes with the rent before & then it's a battle to get it all worked out!! I guess if you have no other place to go then you can move here; the apts. are nice, but the management is lacking & i'm noticing some undesirables that are moving in now!!!

I agree with everything you said, especially about the stupid notes on the door! Especially about inspections, they put the note on the door the NIGHT before the day of inspection, and more often then not no one ever comes to inspect anything. We are moving out also-been here 5 years and glad we are finally moving out.

I too agree with your assessment of the property management. It truly sucks. As to the trash compactor, OMG, it is disgusting. I live very close to that dump and even called the Marshall's office to come out here and inspect it. I smell it and can't get in the door without about 50 flies coming in with me. Part of the problem is the tenants' fault. If they don't take pride in where they live, the management can't control it. And when the problems get really bad, management ignores it until someone takes the bull by the horn and has to take steps beyond complaining to the community management. If you complain, you may not get your maintenance done until you are the last one on the list. I say don't be fooled by the low rent, it is that way for a reason. Move on!

Lived here for a couple of years now and I still like it. Maintenance response is prompt (usually same day)and courteous whenever I have called with an issue. Doug is a real sweetheart. The ladies in the office are nice and Danielle is pretty cool. The issues I have are with speeders racing through the complex (a kid is gonna get hurt someday) and neighbors who leave their trash outside their door for days and days. Finally, the inspection notices are rather late in coming and I hope that someone sees this and tries to make an effort to give the residents a little more lead-time in the future. Other than that, it's a good place to live while saving up for a home.
