I am a 26-year-old teacher, and I've lived here since June 2007. The rent is a bit more expensive than other places nearby, but the price is WORTH it! The complex is fairly quiet - I'm amazed that Friday and Saturday nights are practically silent. The front office is very helpful -- I've only called for a few minor problems, but a maintenance guy arrived within the hour. Landscape crews are on site almost every day. A GREAT amenity is our valet trash service. We have bins outside our apartment doors and trash bags are picked up Sunday through Thursday. ALSO, most of the residents in my building have dogs, so you have to be pet friendly! When I moved in, I got new carpet, repainted walls, new faucets (in bathroom and kitchen), and a new countertop in the kitchen. It was like moving into a new apartment!

I have friends in other apartment complexes and they are always amazed at how much cleaner and quieter Walden Crossing is.

I'm considering this apartment complex, I'm relocating from New York and would like a place where I can feel safe. I have seen a number of places on apartment rating and just don't know what to believe when it comes to these apartment complexes. HELP

This place is quiet at night and on the weekend. I think that in the 14 months I've been here there might have been two noticeable parties.
