The apartments are are made out of the cheapest material possible. I think most of the staff would do anything to get an extra dollar from the tenants. Also, you can get a different answer from anyone you talk to. There were several car break ins and damage when I lived there. The gate only works about 50% of the time. If you do live here, when you do the walk through, make sure you write down every mark on the wall, floor, anything because they will charge you for it when you move out. If you have a dog, you better count on paying a lot when you move out. They charged me for having dog hair in my apartment when I moved out, although I put a 400.00 dog deposit down. The apartments are not that noisy, but the rednecks with their loud cars are noisy, and there are alot of children playing on and around the stairs. The location sucks because it is hard to get out onto the main road. Traffic bites there, and there is no light.

Speaking of RIP OFF! They even charge you if their carpet is completely worn out! What a bunch of cons!

I hated living there. They had a shooting over there and one guy died in his apartment. It only took them a week and the apartment was up for rent the next week. The noise level was horrible because of the cheap paper thin walls and floors. Do not move there because it is know for bad things happening over there and they didn't know how to handle the shooting situation and everyone had to evacuate at 3:00am while the shooting was going on. The carpet smells like dogs crap.

yeah and they don't change the carpet that they charge you for. i should know because they charged me to have the carpet fixed. i went in the same apartment i was living in to pick up mail from the new residents cause they said they'd hold it for me and it clearly was the same carpet it was when i lived there. i'm just wondering what did you do with that money? oh thats right scammed me out of it.
