Don't move here!

I just read a review for this place and I'd have to agree. This place is poor quality but you pay a high rate.I'd say the only thing worth your money is the landscaping. But that's only because of the company who does the landscaping, they have good work ethics, and they are more friendly and courteous than most of the onsite staff. If you know anything about construction then you wouldn't pay what they are asking to live in this place untill they do renovation. There is no caulking or insulation around the windows. So when it rains, several of the windows let the rain pour in. In the winter there is excessive codensation on the inside of the windows. I was told after complaining about it a few times that everyone is supposed to wipe it down a few times a week, but even after wiping it twice a day there would still be excessive condensation, which leads to mildew. And when it got really cold outside one the bedroom windows formed ice on the inside. ICE, on the inside. I even videotaped it, that was just pathetic. Would you like to live in a place that shelters you from the elements as well as if you were outside' The maintenace isn't that great either although one of the guys has been replaced. But after requesting maintenace on two separate issues and them having to come back for a second time to fix what they had already "fixed" I decided they were just as qualified as someone who knew nothing about maintaining a home. Every sink in the place was leaking at some point, as well as the bath tubs. They just don't care about what kind of place they are putting you, your family or your children in. This place definatley needs to be renovated. It is falling apart and they are making you pay the same price as a new home! They don't care. You can tell them that the crown molding, siding and a gable vent is hanging off the building and could severely injure someone when it falls. What do they do' They wait approximately a year to fix it. How safe is that' How concerned are they really' What are we paying for exactly' But the pool and the gym is pretty nice. But you won't be living there. This is the third apartment that I have lived in, and by far the worst. I have spoke with my neighbors, who are moving out, and they have had the same problems with the buildings. For the company's sake I hope they do renovate. The stairwell does echo loudly. And if you have a night job you wouldn't be able to sleep with the landscaping noise during the day. The gate does frequently break and you will be stuck in or out for up 15 minutes. You had better have a cell with you to call the office or after hours maintenance emergency line.
