It is awful!!! They say gated area the gate is always broken. The wood that comes down in front of each car is broke all the time and then they leave the gate open all the time. I always see people walking in and out the gate! Every time you ask a qustion they will tell you what you want to hear and then they change it later!!! We pick up our dog poop every time he craps trust me i have stuck my finger in it many of times!! they say that we dont and then charge us. So basically we are paying for picking up ----! Then when you ee someone else not picking their poop up and you tell them they say they dont have proof! funny right! You can only have 2 people at the pool. Nice what f you have you, your husband and a child they make you leave cause there is a rule you can only have two people per apartment at the pool at the time. Trash pick up is only from 6-8pm so if you put your trash out at 6:15 your charged why you ask because they will come up with any reason to get another penny out of you. I paid 400 dollars for my dog to live here then when i was babysitting my moms dog for a day i had to pay 100 dollar fine because it was an inconvience to them somehow!right.. Michelle told us when we moved out that she would call us before the inspection and give us a quote if we wanted to we could come fix anything that might cost a bunch for them to fix. i called her an hour later to ask them if they knew when we could walk through and she was out of town they said then i asked them to schedule an app. for the walk through she said they already did the walk through and fixed eerything and it was going to cost hundreds of dollars. The list included there was crums in the oven and we didnt fill in the picture frame holes on the walls. Stuff we could of fixed for 5 dollars. THEY WANT EVERY BIT OF MONEY THEY CAN GET!!

I totally agree. Walden Crossing is the most shady place I have ever dealt with. There are so many nicer places to live in Canton. I think the people that work at Walden Crossing would screw over their own mothers to make 5 bucks.

I have lived at Walden Crossing for some time now and you are giving a lease at move in with all the rules. When new changes come out you are also notified about them. Sounds like you all need to follow along with with the rules and grow up no one is out to get you if you follow what is in your lease. As for the gates the Maintenance Staff is always there to replace them very prompt. The Staff of Walden Crossing works to make the property very safe and well groomed at all times they take great pride in there work. The Maintenance staff works very hard to keep all apartments in great shape.

I lived and worked as a maintenance tech. at Walden Crossing from `03-`05, and I was very proud of the way we kept the property then. Of course I cant defend every complaint thats been posted, but I do stand by the fact tha the service we gave was outstanding. I dont think they could have gone very far downhill since then. I've worked for two other management companies since leaving Walden Crossing, and have missed it at many points since. When it comes to the charges upon move out. You should have scheduled a move out inspection ahead of time, and made them stick to it. This is with any community, not just that one.

(To: Hill30080/Anonymous) I can tell you what it is like now at Walden and it is not as you remember in '03-'05. And was the manager at that time named Alisha ??? I was a Maintenace Supervisor for 5 yrs. for some nation wide apartment companies. So I'm been around the block and I have never seen anything like this in my life and I'm 53 now. As far as move in inpsection they did not come in and fix anything I listed on my move in list. So you clowns that think you know whats going on well find out the hard way. And the gate are broke and open for days at a time, The funny part is sometimes the entry gate is wide open so anyone can come in but the exit works and I have to wait to leave, What no brainer is that ??? Guess it ok for maintenance to kill pigeons with a high power pellet rifle in front of me and other residents too, So put that in your Walden glory pipe and smoke it. Now how needs to grow up ???
