Don't even stop to look - Worst 27 Months of our lives

We lived there for 27 months, The office staff is all happy and nice untill you sign the lease and then look out. For the past year i have asked the manager for the name and phone # to her boss, She nor any of the staff would release it to me. They lied about the vallet trash being free.
When a water leak came from apt. above they did not fix the ceiling, did not clean or dry the carpet and we had to throw away our sofa due to mold from their leak.
The floors are paper thin when the people above you walk it sound as if your in a drum, And their not welling to do amything about it.
Their courtesy officers are never on property or they will not answer your call.
I called the office lots of time for maintenance repairs and no one came.
They were watering their entry way grass/clubhouse and power washing the building and walks during the drought under a no water use alert.
The maintenance team kills pigeons right in front of us.
The manager told me that they can enter our apt. at any time without notice.
their lease is designed to give them the upper hand in every matter that may pop up.
They even tried to make a set rate on water bill so they could cash in on it.
So my advice is to stay clear of Walden Crossing Apts.

you mean you didnt get the pletora of quality surveys from MICHELSON properties asking you to rate walden crossing along with their contact information? That's funny, because i kept getting these.

You're right!! She is extremely incompetant and a huge lier! They don't care about the people who live there they just want their money!! Even if it's immoral!!
If you go to google and type in "the michelson organization" or "michelson realty" you'll get the company address and phone number!

Thank You nice to see i'm not alone. I did fine number to home office and called, Some opperator answers and tells me that she can't conact me to Alisha's supervisor or anyone above her. They would not even let me talk to Human Resourses. We need to post our names and phone # on here and start up uor own little task force to get rid of this so called Manager. Few are weak but many is POWERFUL.
