This place SUCKS!!! The office staff writes good reveiws on this web site. Trust me on this. I can't wait to get out of here! If you have kids, they are not welcome here. Unless you don't mind the "Maintiance Manager" yelling and scaring the hell out of kids! Not to mention yelling and degrading your wife. The office staff will lie to your face, then do anything to screw you out of your money, just to get even for holding them to task. Once you sign the lease you're screwed!!!! They will kiss up to until you sign on the dotted Line. If I could do it over again, I would have moved into a tent in the woods. I have gotten more respect from people tring to kill me, then I get here. They have no respect, no honor, and values. All they want is your money, if you have any other options, take it!!!!!!!!!!!! I would'nt let a dog take a squeeze here!!!!!!! Oh yeah I bet the office staff will respond!!!!!!

Thank you i could not had said it better. When you do move out they are going to hit you with bogess charges of $500-$1000 plus they will keep your deposit just like they did to me. When you don't pay it they send it to collection.

This complex is fairly nice but the office staff is a different story. The property manager is the biggest snob I've ever met! She's very fake and will stare you dead in your face and lie to you. If you ever need anything they'll give you the run around and at the end of the day they wont be "able" to do anything for you. The management company is just as bad! They'er very disorganized and incompetant! Save yourself the agravation and live somewhere else!
