My Experience at Walden Crossing

I am a current resident and have lived here since February 2008. The grounds and landscaping are beautiful. There is plenty of parking. The property is located within an excellent school district. The buildings and breeze ways are pressure washed regularly and were recently painted. Maintenance responds quickly. The amenities are nice. There are several parties throughout the year. The office staff is friendly and responsive. The gate functions as designed. Issues within the community are addressed promptly. Safety and order are maintained. When my first lease expired, I moved to a more affordable apartment within the community. Prior to leaving the first apartment, I repaired the holes left by hanging pictures, thoroughly cleaned the home, and scheduled a final inspection. Everything went well and the deposit was returned to me. I try to have reasonable expectations for apartment living. I enjoy not worrying about cutting grass, cleaning gutters, painting, or any other repairs associated with home ownership. I have been treated fairly so far and enjoy living here. I hope things continue this way.

What a bunch of idiots! The staff at this complex thinks we're such rubes as to fall for THEIR OWN POSTS! SHAME ON YOU! You're apartments suck and always will suck!

I totally agree with you this is one of their post. Although they did wash the buildings and entryways. They even power washed them last year during the big drout when it was against the law to use any outside water useage.
I know this because i called Cherokee Water Dept. and reported them. Plus i called them and told them they breaking the law and who i called 15 mins. later the power washr was shut down as was the sprinkler system at property entry and office.
This place is all about the migthy dollar and care not of any thing or anyone else.

This complex is fairly nice but the office staff is a different story. The property manager is the biggest snob I've ever met! She's very fake and will stare you dead in your face and lie to you. If you ever need anything they'll give you the run around and at the end of the day they wont be "able" to do anything for you.
The management company is just as bad! They'er very disorganized and incompetant!
Save yourself the agravation and live somewhere else!
