Overall the Quads are ok...personally I feel they are a little over priced but they are nice inside and out. The only thing wrong with the Quads is the front gates...IT"S POINTLESS!!! Everything about the front gate is ----ed up!! People can't use the box to call you because all of the numbers and names are mixed up and residents are constantly running into the gate when it takes too long to open.

Maintenance is alright, you don't have any monthly visit from them or anything...I think they come to your apartment like once every 3 to 4 months. As long as you didn't burn your apartment don't and chop up all the furniture they shouldn't really bother you too much about the apartment.

But overall the Quads are pretty nice if you're willing to pay $395 a month.

Oh yeah and an additional plus is there is a alot of parking so you'll never have a problem finding a parking space. And the heated pool is really nice.
