It's the worst place ever to live! the people in the office are only after a buck...there are parties all the time, the walls are paper thin so you can hear WHATEVER (explict noises too) your neighbors or roommates are doing,and the gates are always broke. the only redeeming qualities is that the courtesy cop lives in the apt complex and comes w/e you call but that can be up to 3 or more times..doesn't matter how many tickets the people get...the ppl in the office are helpful up to a certain point but overall i would never suggest this place unless you like to stay up all hours and are an extreme partier...
