Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
Not the cheapest rent in town, but not a bad place to live. I thought Campus Quad was aweful after living there for a year. I now live in River Place and it sucks! I would pay 30 bucks more per month to live at the Quad again. I had a view of the pool and the quad area, I could always park close to my door, and no $67.00 overages at Campus Quad. I have lived in Arbor View, South Ridge, Campus Quad, and River Place. Campus Quad is the best that I have experienced.
