I only lived in the Quad for 3 months and in that time my roommates dog pissed on EVERYTHING, the apt had an un-removable scent of urine. The other roommate moved her thieving, drug selling boyfriend in....and stole from me.I told the office of the situation and they wouldn't kick out her bf, wouldn't do anything about the dog and so when I asked to be transfered to another apt they fed me a line of bs and wouldn't. I left because of this mess and then they stuck me with a $1,600 lease breaking fine.....They brag about they're pool...lol...the drunks come out at night, shatter glass in the pool area and then they close it or they also close it because of body fluid levels...GROSS! The fleas!!! They really do not spay for them...my dog was covered in fleas! My roommates dog caught mange and didn't care nor did the office! Not to mention my CD player got stolen out of my car in broad daylight. And best of all....be prepared to jump over the piles of puke outside your door or avoid the guy peeing over the railing on the third floor! Six months later the chunk MIGHT get cleaned up!! It is just a major headache I wouldn't put my worst enemy through!!!!!!!
