I lived at CampusQuad for 5 months and left - 2 months left on the lease but I made other arrangements and cut my losses. I would not recommend these apartments to anyone ..well with the exception of partiers and those seeking alcohol and drugs. My roommate sold prescription medications from our apartment, I informed management and was told there was nothing they could do - it was not their responsibility. I regret not taking the issue further. I had to call the police several times to complain of noise from my neighbors - beside and above me! The apartments themselves are decent structurally ..and it was nice to have a washer/dryer with in the unit but other than that it was not what I was sold when I visited the property to start.
