This place is awful! They tried to cover up their water damage with fresh paint but never fixed the problems. Everytime it rains we have a pool of water inside our living room. Whenever I tell management they respond by saying someone will check it out, but I've now been saying this for 6 months.
As far as safety, I'm too scared to walk outside at night because of all the drug deals taking place, which management knows about but refuses to acknowledge. They moved someone into our apartment without our consent, someone who is constantly smoking pot and has people constantly coming over for a "pick-up." I've told both the assistant manager as well as the property manager but just receive dumbfounded looks for my efforts. Sometimes I wonder if they're drug abusers too.
When I moved in the place was filthy and there were roaches flying out of my sofa. When I tried to open my blinds they fell and, to top it off, management tried to charge me $65 to replace them! I just went to Wal-Mart and bought them for $15 instead. Do NOT let your child live here.
It is an AWFUL enviornment for a student. This place should be condemed!! I'm a 19 year old female. I shouldn't have to deal with this!
