Carrollton Place is a nice apartment. There were some times where I was unsatisfied but for the most part things were okay. The rent is cheap and so are the apartments so you get what you pay for. If you are looking to for something normal, then this is the place for you. I had a few problems with management but for the most part they were very helpful and polite. It can get a bit noisy but then again you choose that when you choose to live a block from a University. The neighborhood can be a little creepy at times because of the crime that goes on, but I felt safe. For someone who worries about safety more then usual I would not reccommend this place. Overall this a good apartment, I am sure there are much better apartments in Carrollton, but not many that are cheaper.
