1. The staff is completely incompetent.

2. The rooms are disgusting and are not cleaned properly before the move in day.

3. The show room is NOT what your apartment is going to look like at all.

4. They have a cop sitting around the parking lot on weekends that just walks around at night and patrols. This would be good if the cop wasn't a -------, but instead they break up everything that even resembles a party and threaten to arrest everyone there.

5. Appliances in the apartment are old and barely function

6. The buildings and outside are always trashed and never cleaned.
