Chateau is a terrible place to live. I would not be surprised if they tear the place down soon, the city won't allow it to keep running too much longer. The manager, Dovey, is the worst person I've ever meet in real life. Not only is she racist she's also inconsiderate. Can you blame her though...she's too busy sneaking married men into her apt to ever care about the residents & the living situations that they are forced to live in b/c of how disguisting Chateau is. The apt are infested with bugs, your toilet will leak almost everyday, causing you not to be able to flush it & then you will have to wait days for maintanence to fix it. The walls are extremly thin so you can hear everything that happens outside & your electricity bill will be extra high. She will tow your car at her own desire & claim you did not have an updated sticker that is issued by the office. Save yourself a lot of frustration & time DO NOT even consider this place as an option.
