i have lived at the chateau for about 4 months and this is what i can say: do not move here! for starters, the roaches never leave. i dont care if you nuke the place, the roaches will still be there. no amount of pest control is going to fix it. maintenance can spray indoors every month but it doesnt work at all. they have a company come out and spray the grounds monthly as well but they do a poor job. a monkey could do a better job than those guys. everything in the apartments are old. my oven is practically useless. however long it should take to cook something, multiply it by two. the fridge leaks water inside of itself, most likely runoff from the freezer. the carpet is old and worn, my shower grows mold all the time even though ive tried every cleaning method possible and i do clean it frequently. the neighbors are loud and insconsiderate, but what more can you expect from bunch of college degenerates and trashy people. im a clean person and this place is far below my standards. my power bill is too high because the air conditioner cant keep it cool so i have to run it all the time. the walls are thin and its poorly insulated. management wont help you or fix any of the problems ive already mentioned. the only thing that would fix this place would be to burn it to the ground and build new apartments here....after you call in the national guard to kill all the roaches.
