The Chateau is a nice quit college apartment complex with big open two story loft style apartments, with everything you need. Yeah that is the load of crap the old smoker voice lady and the pregnant one fed me. This is the worst complex ever, I moved in to a place that was not the one they showed me and it still had the last tenants hair and other nasty stuff all around the place. There were more bugs living at the Chateau than a tropical rain forest, the rent is only cheap because the bugs pay half. The maintenance crew consist of a couple of red necks that do not know a screw driver from a hammer. For example whenever it rains muddy water floods the sink, even the upstairs, the water also smells like all the trash that lives around you, but anyway I called maintenance to come unclog my sink that was clogged from left over debris from the water the came up out of the sink, and yes there is actually garbage, hair, and other junk in the water that bubbles out of the sinks, so when I came home from class my door was open, yes they just walk on in as they please, and there is a guy that looked more like a thief but its just the maintenance guy standing over my sink with a plunger poker at the sink drain, talk about nasty a plunger in my kitchen. The ladies in the office are horrible people who trick people into living there once they get you they will never help you again, and they do a horrible job scanning the tenants. The whole place consists of thugs, thugs, thugs selling drugs. I was awoke one morning to the task force kicking in the door to my neighbors apartment. So I packed my bags broke my lease and flew away from that hell hole. Never Live There for your own good, well I hope this will help you decide own where to live, hey check the grove I hear they have actual college students living in their complex. o yeah i gave parking a good rating because well there was parking, but be prepared to have your car keyed, broke into, and gas removed from the tank cya
