Great place for students especially

This place is a godsend for people who want a nice safe apartment and do not have a lot of money. My unit was $380 (1 bdr) but I qualified for a USDA discount so it was $280/mo. I have not a one complaint about the place. Everything worked and if it didn't (rarely so) the staff made it right. The management is capable, respectful, personal, and serious about the work they do, and they take the place seriously. I really liked the place and recommend it heartily. It is clean, spacious, modern, and crime free. You won't be disappointed it beats anything in the price range, especially if you qualify for the USDA discount. (I don't work for them either!)
