Renter Beware!

I have not had a great experience with Magnolia Lake. The police frequent the place. I have witnessed fights, drug deals, and my neighbors love to smoke pot. The people above me use their floor as a trampoline. Ants have invaided my apartment. The worst part is the management - they are extremely RUDE. Magnolia Lake has not been a pleasant experience!
