I moved in six months ago. The apartment complex has the opportunity to be nice, but the wrong manager and office staff are in place. The staff are rude and have never (in my experience) been helpful. I've called the office many times regarding various problems and they always say they'll get someone out. No one ever shows up to fix the problem. The office staff basically stands outside and smokes cigarettes most of the day. The residents that say they haven't seen a drug problem are either blind or the village idiot. Drugs, drug deals, fights are all over the place. The car wash doesn't work most of the time. The gates don't work most of the time. I certainly would not live here if I had children! Don't make the same mistake - pass on this one!
