the residents here are the worst you will ever find in Carrollton. I do not feel safe in my own place. Management was nice enough and I know they can only do so much but I feel like security is needed 24 hours a day. people are loitering outside all the time. I hate to invite anyone over because the people outside are a reflection of me. they all need to get jobs-seriously. when I first moved in I thought it was beautiful then it just went all down hill. my electric bill is just outrageous and when I called to have someone look at our AC unit they did a visual inspection and said it look alright to them. the unit NEVER shuts off and I have to pay for it. Drugs are common and can be bought from anyone anytime of the day. my boyfriend and I are leaving the momnet out lease is up.
