I would say this apartment has lived up to my expectations. Friendly staff and helpful, a little slow to respond to issues but that's probably true anywhere. My biggest complaint is price, I lived here a while and its still a little high priced for the area. Then why do I live here' Because its new! Everything around here looks like it came up after the farmers left. Despite these minor difficulties, It looks nice, feels nice, SMELLS nice (not like grandma's bengay and manure). I give Magnolia Lake 4 out of 5 stars.
