I just moved in and already I wish I wouldn't have. The parking lot is in desperate need of repaving- it is covered in potholes and chunks of rocks to the point where I don't even want to park there anymore. When the neighbors play music, I hear every bit of it- the noise carries like crazy, which can be annoying when I'm trying to sleep or study. I can even hear the actual conversations that people are having in the apartment next to me. My kitchen sink was leaking underneath when I moved in- they fixed it, but now it started leaking again. Drops of water drip from a pipe on the ceiling and make wet spots on the floor. And when you step in any patch of grass- you will have a 90 % chance of stepping in dog crap, because it doesn't get picked up. I have a dog and it didn't say in the lease and they didn't tell me that it was the owner's responsibility to scoop the poop- so I assumed the management had people to take care of it. But I have stepped in ---- 4 times already because there are piles of crap right beside the entrance. Yes- it's nice to have the high ceilings and the extra room, but I don't think I will stay here anymore once my lease is up.
