First Apartment I acutally liked

I moved into the newly renovated building. Its very nice however there were a few problem things in the beginning that needed to be fixed. Mold was an issue, as well as people complaining about the electricity cost of the dehumidifiers but turns out its the electric company screwing everyone over during the winter months. We have both the dehumidifier and the AC on and its now april and our electricity bill was only $75. The staff is great and they let a lot of things slide as long as you're not bothering anyone. It's tough without the dishwasher and the extra counter space but the price makes up for it.
