Great place to live. I thought since it was so close to campus there'd be a large student population and therefore be extremely loud but it's not at all. Most people keep to themselves. The apartments themselves are probably the best I've stayed in in all of Carrollton (rating them above Riverplace)...walk in closets, laundry rooms, plush carpeting, balconies, storage rooms off balconies, seperate bathrooms adjoining each bedroom.
