Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
 
was here for around 8 months in a single bedroom. calm place, friendly staff, space for the price. good to accommodate 2 persons. during weekends, i hardly get my usual parking, may be parties with no noise. a calm and decent apartment to consider.
