I've lived at Northridge for 5 months. The price is way too high for the quality. We're always having plumbing problems, there are GIANT roaches and everything is always breaking. Oh and don't forget all the extra fees they charge monthly. Ohhhh and it took 2 months to get our oven fixed and over a month to get our dishwasher.
