I would never live in another Place property! They sucked so bad!!! The staff was nice but I would be too if I got free rent. The mant. staff was friendly and nice. The lease agreement is ridiculous!!! You MUST look over it... it says things like you must keep your room clean... but not just clean spotless!!! There is a room inspection monthly and the promise to do things that never get done. When I moved in the apartment was nasty and most were not even ready so I had to put people up in my room until they could move in!!! They hae overage charges and they will charge you for things even though they do not up hold their end of the bargain!!! They will also get into household matters and harrass you and try to initimidate you for things they have no business in. My roomates sucked!!! It is almost impossible to get out of your lease agreement, I mean you could die and they would ask for thier rent!!! Everything you do cost you!!! Avoid River Place at all cost!!!
