An evil organization.

River Place constantly gave me fines for things like cigarette butts outside my door--and I don't smoke. They lost my rent money one month after cashing my check, and it took two months to sort it out. And when I moved out, they tried to sue me for 5000 dollars saying I had renewed my lease. The staff changes every other month, so you can't actually talk to anyone. Worst place ever.
