Currently still living there. The staff is nice however its a slit throat contract. They con you in with the priority points system preventing you from reading the contract fully. Then the many fines. Our apartment was fined $50 all together for 2 bags of trash sitting on the floor waiting to be taken out even though i explained that someone was going to take it out. Oh and the electricity caps come up as a big surprise. Once the month is over you'll probably end up paying close to $450 instead of $365. It was a very noisy place with very cheap insulation. While there are vents in the bedroom and bathroom they still remain the coldest places in the whole apartment, sleeping on top of the dryer is the best idea. On the humid nights the place reeks of the smell of sewage.
