River Place has to be one the worst apartments in Carrollton. For starters the 365 a month for rent seem nice until you get hit with fines anywhere from 50-100 dollars and the overages on the water and electric is outrageous, they don't tell you that they take the overages of the whole complex and divide it by everyone. So even if you're not going over the allowed $30 you will still be paying every month. When I moved into my apartment it was dirty and many things were broken, when I asked the office to get this things fixed no one ever showed up. Also parking sucks...you'll be luck if you can even get a spot near your own apartment building. The internet goes out all the time, there is constantly problems with the plumbing, and furniture is a piece of crap. If you don't like your roommates they will charge you to move to another apt. Oh there is a disgusting odor at night, that will make you sick to your stomach. Avoid this place at all cost, save your money and don't be fooled by these people...they all about getting your money!!!
