AVOID RIVER PLACE!!!!

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
 
They are all about money. The overages on the rent are insane. I have overages every month, and you have to pay them or they will not accept your rent. My apartment was horrible and it took them a whole semester to fix it. My window leaked everytime it rained, and the carpet was disgusting. The office staff only has two good workers, and all the others are just there to take up space.
