This place is completely biased on who they fine and who they dont fine. They make up fines all the time. It's extremely noisey, Extremely dangerous place to live, I know of two shootings that have happened in the last year. There rates just lowered significantly which will just bring in more scumbags, Probably another 10 peoples apartments will be broken into, and management does not care. Do Not Live here.
