Rent is considerably inexpensive. The office staff is very nice, too. They actually just rennovated their clubhouse as well and it looks amazing. There's free printing in the office.. They have a beautiful pool, a gym,shuttle bus services, and no permit parking..Not to mention, they are fully furnished, even comes with washer and dryer..And thank god they have full size beds! Its quiet for the most part, not a lot of parties like other places. Walking distance from the college..What more can you ask for??? I love it..
