I've lived here for three years, and it's been a great experience. It is a college apartment community and proves that by encouraging fun. It has volleyball tournaments, bonfires, and a game area at the pool. The manager is extremely friendly and concerned with pleasing her tenants. Only complaints would be noisy neighbors at times (I would recommend a 3rd floor apartment) and somewhat small bedrooms (but it still fit my queen size bed and desk with walking room). I would strongly recommend this apartment complex to students.
