Without a doubt this complex is outstanding when it comes to pricing and amenities. The manager is helpful but will never work with you on rent or anything and will give you the same lame excuse that her boss won't let her do anything. Maintenance is moderately reliable and nice. The manager is nice but overdoes it with the condescention. Moving out was a huge hassle and the manager took it personally when she found out I was leaving to go to a more adult community at Mayfair. Overall this place is better than my last place at Campus Commons but that place was horrible and its not hard to improve on trash. The other tenants are noisy boisterous frat guys who do nothing but drink and get loud every single day. Forget studying, you will never be able to sleep or go to work early in the morning for that matter. I know someone who got their car damaged during a party by a fight that took place on their hood and absolutely nothing was done about it despite it being the tenant who held the partie's fault. They refused to move us or do anything about our problems with the neighbors.

The pool is fun and clean but will always be occupied by loud obnoxious frat guys and their girlfriends.

If your into partying and want to ruin your college career than by all means enjoy living here but if you care in the slightest about getting good sleep and not having to be distracted by neighboring tenants then please don't live here. Sure at first sight it is very fun and clean, but staying here is too much of a hassle.

I WARN YOU, YOU WILL NOT BE TREATED PROFESSIONALLY HERE. THE MANAGER WILL FIND YOU ON FACEBOOK OR MYSPACE AND WRITE YOU OFF ACCORDING TO SOCIAL CLASS. SHE DOES THIS TO STICK YOU IN WITH WHOEVER SHE THINKS YOU WILL FIT WITH. SHE WILL BE VERY CONDESCENDING AND EVEN REFER TO YOU AND YOUR ROOMMATES AS BOYS AND GIRLS. THIS PLACE ENCOURAGES DRINKING HEAVILY BY MAKING IT THEIR SELLING POINT.

IF YOU ARE A PARENT, PLEASE DON'T DUMP YOUR COLLEGE STUDENT HERE. IT IS TERRIBLE.

Oh and parking is disastrous here. Two weeks after classes started she decided to re pave the whole lot and we all had to move our cars on a daily basis to shifting lots. It was a disaster. There are always parties and thus never any parking.

*edit: The office staff is generally very nice. My only problem is with the manager.

I guess when your parents pay for everything all that's left to care about is how much you can get away with and she let's you get away with alot. Sorry but I like my sleep.
