I absolutely loved my time living at River's Edge Apartments! It is the perfect atmosphere in which to enjoy your college years! I made great friends with my roommates as well as my neigbors. The property manager couldn't have been any sweeter! She would have bent over backwards for anyone that lived there and did for many of the residents. In fact, many of the residents really took her for granted. She didn't play favorites and was willing to even help poeple find jobs. She did what she could to help out in anyway that she could. She was my mom away from home!
River's Edge doesn't charge any crazy fines like other places do.
The maintainence staff was always very nice and respectful. They fixed any problems that we had in the apartment very quickly. Parking was never any trouble especially after they repaved the parking lot and added several more spaces.
I recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a perfect place to spend their college years as well as an ideal environment to maintain good grades
(my grades did nothing but go up since I lived there and I even graduated with honors!).
