The management is awful and the staff is unprofessional and rude.

They also tried to make up various fines that residents had to pay that were not listed in the lease.

There are no sidewalks so you have to walk in the grass, which is full of feces from people walking their dogs in it and parking is ridiculous.

People who don't even live there are always parked in all the parking spots.

I can't wait to move out, especially since they already gave my room away to someone else since I did not renew my lease the required SIX MONTHS in advance.
