The Grove

This place is terrible.I was told we could not move in early because they wanted to make sure our apartment was in ecellent condition.So when we finally moved in thats what we expected.HAHA!They didn't even step foot in here.How do I know'Dishwasher was full of dishes from people before us,still things hanging on walls,beer bottles on top of all the cabinets,misc.

crap left in each of our rooms.So when we told them this we were assured it would all be fixed once people with "serious" issues were fixed first,yet I still had to pay regular rent etc.

To this day nothing has been done.Weve called once a month since August,it is now February, to remind them of the things that were here in the begining.They say theyre going to fix it but never do.Our bathroom cabinets under the sink our missing their doors,the paint is terrible,there is holes in the walls and black stuff comes from the air vents causing your carpet and everything else in the apt to turn black.If rent was cheaper I'd say this place wouldnt be that bad because you get what you pay for.But saddly it's expensive and this place is put together cheaply.The pool is never open because they act like were 5 and take away our privileges just because one idiot brought a glass bottle to the pool.There is dog crap everywhere!!The people above me stomp,scream,yell,and blast music.You can tell The Grove ten times,like I have, and all they do is say they'll call.They want your money and that's it.I moved here from River Place because this place was nicer,or so I thought...It's just newer.Don't waste your time.CRAPPY!!!
