i am actually one of the first residents to live here once the apts. opened and yeah i was disapponted at first... the pool was not finished and it was 90 degrees in september!!!... but in the end it worked out. that summer once it opened there were alot of people able to enjoy it (i know cause once it closed i saw people sneaking into it at night...and hollered and screamed while doing at 3:00 in the morning)!!! and despite the other comments and reviews the grove is nice it is the one place where i don't have to worry about my car being stolen or people trying to get into my window to rob me! i have yet to experience the uglyness that people have said about the staff...cause when i needed to move b/c my roommates were nasty as hell.. they let me move(although i was mad that i had to pay!). oh and i do agree they call alot when rent is due...i have gotten those... but what can you do...as an adult i signed a contract which obligated me to pay on time!! hello...that is what real life hands you when you are on your own... people can be so childish... i agree the grove is poppin' and the only one who are complaining are those who have mommy and daddy paying for them!!!

Well I don't have mommy and daddy paying for anything and when The Grove tries to rip me off... well yea i got pissed. Trying to tell me that I had to pay an amount that wasn't on my lease. Then changing my lease illegally in order to try to make me pay it. The only way I caught it was because I had a copy of my original lease. They may be better now because I know a lot of the staff has changed but don't say that I'm complaining because of mommy and daddy. When I did live there it was truly horrible.
