The Grove Apartments take great pride in providing excellent service to its residents and parents.
$435 is our market rate of rent and our residents do receive the best in events, programming, lifestyle and relaxed atmosphere from the grove staff.
A lot goes into maintaining and creating such a life style for our residents.
I am sure if you ask any property manager you would be informed that property management take place in the office and out on the site.
We make our selves accessible beyond office hours and take great priority in following up with e mails and phone calls.
Fines are a needed tool in running student housing, please keep in mind they only go out to those in violation of our rules and regulations.
So if you got a fine you were probably in violation of your lease.

that's why i got fined for "cigarette butts in the breeze way" when i don't even smoke?
funny how almost every single positive review for this place is written by one of the staff.
while ever negative review is written by people that actually lived there.
funny how that seems to play out isn't it...
