WOW I DON T EVEN KNOW WHERE TO BEGIN !!! THE GROVE SUCKS SO BAD !! I have lived here for two years and it only gets worse by THE DAY! Every time you turn around they are trying to make you pay for something you have no idea where the price came from and the office cannot even provide documentation showing the correct amounts. Or how we moved in our current apartment in august and have made request for maintenance to come fix certain things and now it is January and the problems still haven t been fixed. The pool right now is solid green right now. I am sure that is a health department issue they will be notified shortly about that issue. Everyone had to place an ugly red sticker on their car so that we knew who lives here and how they can tow when they are parked in handicapped .. With that said the management (s) cars are always parked in handicap without a handicap sticker or a grove parking pass. Now on to the minor problems like the trash everywhere, or people ALWAYS speeding around the parking blasting loud music, or the loud parties that go on in the parking lot as well. I do not even feel safe walking to my car night. The grove needs to hire security to have on site at all times .wow I can go on and on but I guess that is enough !! THE GROVE SUCKS P.S. ADRIAN MYERS IS A SORRY PERSON AND RUDE ..HE DOESNT CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR CONCERNS also one more thing is that everyone here pays a different price for their rent. I have no idea how they come up with their different rent fares but it is rediculous

Everything she said is true. The different rates she is talking about i learned when they have promotions, Adrian contacts his buddies and have them renew their leases at the lower rate. It's really terrible.
