I have lived at the Grove for 2 years now, recently graduated and loving every minute of it.
I had a great move in experience; they were giving us all kind of free stuff.
My younger sister still lives there (don t know when she is graduating...lol ) I appreciated the professionalism of the grove staff the were willing to work with you better than what I have experienced at other apartments and the amenities were really what kept me here i.e the basketball court.
The other thing i did like about the Grove was the walking bridge to Campus didn t have to fight for parking everyday.
I had a maintenance issue in my kitchen once and it was fixed within 7 days of me calling the office.
The Grove is great it s the best in Carrollton.
