I have been here for a semester and a half and I absolutely HATE the Grove. Definitely not worth the price. $435 for a furnished piece of crap apartment is ridiculous. If they were renting for $350 maybeeeee it would be worth it. The Grove smells like poo because it is located by the tallaPOOsa river, the walls are paper thin, and the management is never available. I can hear the girl above me having sex and hear her music playing consitantly. My roommate has had mold in her bathroom for a year and a half now and has reported it several times and even called the health department and got them to tell management that the mold was a hazard to her health. My shower was clogged for 2 weeks and management put me on a 1 month waiting list sooo I went and bought Drano myself. The furnature is decent, but cheap and the people who built the apartments cut every corner they could. I mean seriously... the only plus side to the Grove is the fact that you can walk to campus.
