DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!

I have lived in St. Alban's Apartment's for over 1 year now and can accurately say that it is to your best interest that you do not come to live here. They brag that they have a "business center" that boasts a fax machine, computers (2), and printer that all residents may use. Well, one of the two computers has been broken for five months now and they refuse to fix it. Management has been told on numerous occassions that the computer was broken and they always say that they will fix it soon, but that day has not and probably will never come. How can one computer be sufficent for 200 residents''' There is always a line for the computer, and if by some strange luck that you do get use of the computer with no one on it, in 2 minutes, someone comes walking through the door to see if they can use the computer. The complex brags of a laundry service, while the washers and dryers seldom work and have not worked for me when I have tried to go into the laundry room to use them. Most residents have to rent their own washers and dryers in order to have clean clothes.
I decided to live on the top floor in order to minimize the noise from other neighbors, but apparently the ceilings are paper thin because I can clearly understand what is going on in the apartment beneath me at all hours of the night. I can even feel the vibrations in the floor.
I know you must be thinking, why still live there' But here is my answer, the "lease breaking fee" is whatever rent is owed from the date you move out until the end of your initial lease. This is the case if you had to leave town because your company said that you were to move to Alaska, St. Alban's wants their $$$$!!!
To sum this extremely long review, I refer to the title of this excerpt:
